Sweet Potato Hummus

 1 sweet potato
 1 can (15 ounces) chick peas, drained, rinsed
 1 cup tahini
 1 cup fresh lemon juice
 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
 1 clove garlic, halved
 1 ½ tsp fine sea salt
 1 tsp ground cumin
 ½ tsp cinnamon(optional)
